Return period

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Requirements

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How to return an item

1. Send us an email at balancex0306@gmail.com and include your order number.
2. We will review your request and send you all further information regarding the return.
3. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
